Bio

Jenna Nilson

Jenna holds a Masters in Fine Arts in Theatre for Youth and Communities from Arizona State University. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and International Studies from the University of California, San Diego, she lived in Madrid, Spain for two years where she taught both English and theatre. Her focus lies in developing performative and transformative pedagogies for teaching and learning additional languages. She has also worked as the Artist-in-Residence for Asphalt Arts, a Community Cultural Development program partnering with the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department and Arizona State University campus organizations.
